Coronavirus Precautions For Your Safety

We are observing current social distancing measures wherever possible to ensure both your safety and ours and we have validated our practices with the NWLDC Health and Safety Department.  Hand sanitiser is available outside the studio for you to use, both before and after entering the studio.  In-between studio painting sessions we are disinfecting surfaces and equipment.  You must wear a face covering on entering the studio (unless you have a medical exemption)  You must also wear it whilst you are seated at your table.  You can remove your face covering if you have bought a drink, however you must put on your face covering when you have finished it, or if you need to get up from the table.  We will retain your contact details for Track and Trace purposes for 21 days following your visit in accordance with GDPR regulations.

You are welcome to make provisional bookings for future events on the understanding that these might have to be rearranged should government guidelines change.

COLLECTIONS
Please pick up your lovely pieces in a safe manner.  To do this, we ask that only one member of the painting group comes to collect the pieces (with the collection receipt where possible) and we can bring these to the front of the shop for you to collect.  If, when you arrive at the studio there are other people waiting to collect, please queue outside following social distancing guidelines and we will bring your pieces out to you.

TAKE-AND-MAKE KITS
We offer a range of kits which can be collected from the studio and enjoyed at home;

Glaze Kit
This kit will include a bisque item of your choice from the available selection along with six coloured glazes which you can specify upon placing your order.  As these will be painted with glaze, they will need to be returned to the studio for firing within a week of their initial collection.

Acrylic Kit
This kit will include a bisque item of your choice from the available selection along with the six paints you specify when placing your order.  As the item will have been painted using acrylic, it is not suitable for use with food or drink as it cannot be washed (eg. a plate or mug) therefore it is intended for decoration only.  They may however have other practical uses such as a mug being used as a pencil pot.  These will not need to be returned to the studio.

Foam Clay Kit
This kit will include a bisque item of your choice from the available selection as well as a choice of four foam clay colours.  Again, these are intended for decoration only.  These will not need to be returned to the studio.

A selection of bisque and colour options are available
HERE and orders can be placed via email prior to collection from the studio.  Each kit will also come with a set of basic instructions and some advice on their use.

If you’ve read this far, thank you!  We appreciate your continued support and we look forward to seeing you in the near future 😊

Stay safe, The Paint a Pot team x
