When should we

arrive?

5 minutes before your party start time is plenty as we will already have everything set up and ready to go. Just bring yourself and your creative painting head!

Can parents stay?

As we are limited for space at our studio we kindly request that just two adults stay during the party (usually family of the birthday boy/girl). The rest of the parents are encouraged to get coffee and cake in the courtyard until the end of the party. If you have any special circumstances please get in touch.

Will there be other people in the studio?

If your party has 12 or less children we will likely have another family/small group (up to 4 people) in the studio too.

Should you wish to have the studio to yourself you can pay a surcharge of £50.

Where do we park?

You and your guests can park in the Ferrers Centre car park on the opposite side of the garden centre. It is a large gravelled area with a small wooden hut at its entrance - a small fee of £2 applies at weekends and on bank holidays. From there follow 'Yew Tree Walk' and you will find yourself right in front of the studio.

When do we usually book parties?

We host parties over the weekend and usually in our 2:30pm session where possible so there is no booking after yours. However, we are able to hold them on any day that we are open.

How many guests can

we bring?

For regular parties, there is a minimum booking requirement of 10 guests and as we are a smaller studio we can accommodate a maximum of 16. 

Do you have toilets?

Although we do not have toilets in our studio, you can use the centre facilities which are approx. 25 metres from the studio. on adult must accompany children when they need the toilet.

When can we collect

our items?

Our usual turn around time of two weeks also applies to all of our party bookings. 

Can we bring our own decorations?

We have one birthday banner that we put up for all parties however should you wish to bring any balloons/banners etc. you are welcome to do so. We would just ask that you drop them off 15-20 mins prior to your party to allow time to set these up.

Do you have an invite we can use?

Yes! We have a standard invite that you can print and hand out to your guests before your party. Drop us an email and we can send the PDF over ready to print.
